How do I connect my Meta Business Manager?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Meta, click 'Connect', and follow the OAuth flow to authorize ComplyAI to access your ad accounts. You'll need admin access to your Business Manager.

Compliance

What does my compliance score mean?
Your compliance score ranges from 0-100 and indicates the likelihood of your ad being approved. Scores above 80 are generally safe, 60-80 may need review, and below 60 have high risk of disapproval.
What happens if my ad gets disapproved?
ComplyAI will alert you immediately. You can view the specific policy violations, get AI-powered suggestions for fixes, and track the appeal process if you choose to appeal.

Syncing

How often are my ads synced from Meta?
Ads are synced automatically every 15 minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync from the dashboard by clicking the 'Sync Now' button.

Team

Can I add team members to my organization?
Yes! Go to Settings > Team and click 'Invite Member'. You can assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) to control what each person can do.

Billing

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Change Plan'. You can upgrade immediately or schedule a downgrade for your next billing cycle.

Security

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, are SOC 2 compliant, and never store your actual ad creative or access tokens longer than necessary. See our Security page for details.
